In his presentation titled "Collaborative Creativity and The Test of Time", Rishab Ghosh asks why, in a world driven by “rational self-interest”, people participate in collaborative endeavours such as open source software development and Wikipedia projects. He answers this question through his “cooking pot model” – and in this case too many cooks certainly don’t spoil the broth!
